It's Still Spring - Start Fresh and Go Non-Toxic

Back in 2016, after living with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) for 2-3 years and starting my new job as a consultant, I had made a New Years resolution to "start over." To change and live a better, healthier, and happier life-style. Eat clean and get all the toxic things out of my life, including personal care products. However, it wasn't easy to change, especially all at once, with all the new stress factors in my life, including a new job fresh out of college and all the adult responsibilities. I am sure it's not easy for anyone - there are so many temptations and choices to make in this world. So how did I do it? Where did I start? When did I start?
Let's just say, it wasn't easy. I learned that my resolution wasn't an easy feat and couldn't happen overnight. It was a marathon, not a race. I took one step at a time, and incorporated small changes into my lifestyle. For example, I started with changing my diet to eating clean due to my IBS symptoms, and worked my way to natural skincare and personal care products.
